Symptoms
Copying an Asset also copies its existing Vanity URL, causing an error to occur.
Contributor UI shows:
An exception occurred on the server while executing UI/Actions/Asset/Copy/Copy: UIException: Failed to save. Already exist WebReference URLs that this asset save was trying to create.. If problem persists please contact the system administrator.

This attempt to save the Page has failed.

Error saving an asset Asset.SaveAll : com.fatwire.cs.core.db.TransactionAbortException: com.openmarket.basic.interfaces.AssetException: Failed to save. There are conflicting WebReference URLs
