Symptoms

After following the upgrade from OAM 11.1.2.3.x to OAM 12.2.1.3.x there are no errors in the upgrade logs, however, upon startup of the the diagnostic logs show the following errors:

As a result the OAM console is not available as the deployment is in a failed status.
