Migration option for OSB Dynamic cluster (Doc ID 2500274.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB Mgmt & Monitoring

Domain: mixed soa,osb clusters(contains both configured and dynamic servers).
Facing intermittent issue while starting servers , Migration Basis of all clusters is set to "Consensus".


ERROR

Aggregator did not receive statistics from [dyn_osb_server1] for the aggregation performed for tick 3558720. 1. Servers could be down. 2. Checkpoint operation did not finish in time. This can happen under heavy load.
