Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) OHS Web Server Fails to Start After Applying the WebGate "Error Libcurl.so: Cannot Open Shared Object File: No Such File or Directory

After applying WebGate Jan 2019 CPU patch p29170743_111230_Linux-x86-64.zip, OHS fails to start.

Symlink was created at $WG_INSTALL_DIR/lib for libcurl.so.
