Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

we applied Patch: 28256791 12.1.3.0.0 PERFORMANCE DEGRADATION TRANSFORMING WITH XSLT RESOURCE OF MANY NAMESPACES and seems the situation has improved but we still have the same initial issue.
During a performance test a OSB managed server starts slowing down his response time. After we stopped the performance test, this server remain "slow" until the restart.
