WebCenter Content (WCC) 12c Kerberos Ticket Negotiation Not Initiating (Doc ID 2504167.1)

Symptoms

The domain is configured for WNA kerberos.

After clicking the WCC Login button, users are getting prompted to enter their username and password.

Checking the <WCC MS>.log files shows that the kerberos ticket negotiation isn't getting initiated.
