Components Are Missing When We Migrate The Composites From 11g To 12c (Doc ID 2504714.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Deployment

Some SOA composite components are missing after migration from 11.1.1.7 to 12.2.1.3
the following error occurs.
