Logging Into The 12c Capture Client Returns the Error "The Specified Credentials Are Invalid or Server Cannot Be Reached" (Doc ID 2505233.1)

Symptoms

When Logging into the 12c Capture Client window using a Load Balancer URL, the below error message appears:

The specified credentials are invalid or the server cannot be reached. 

Logging directly into the Capture Server works fine.

Changes

Logging in via a Load Balancer with Apache WebServer 2.2.x and WebLogic Proxy Plugin 12.2.1.2.
