Symptoms

12C Capture Client Responding Very Slowly Using the Load Balancer or WebServer URLs.  It takes a minute or so to bring up the batch list.  Other operations are similarly slow. Connecting directly to the Capture Server give normal performance.

Changes

Fresh 12.2.1.3 installation with F5 Load Balancer, Apache WebServer 2.2.x, and WebLogic Proxy Plugin 11g.
