Errors when Using JRE 1.8 and Webutil to Open a File Browser that Uses the Java JFileChooser class (Doc ID 2506073.1)

Symptoms

Since the installation of JRE 8u191 or JRE 8u201, you could receive an error message when trying to upload a document with webutil like:

When the file selection dialog appears, you receive a warning (4 times), that the items referenced by the shortcut cannot be accessed
You only receive this error when you have a broken shortcut on your computer.

Workaround:
--------------------
Switching the client JRE version back to older versions like JRE 8u181 solves the problem.

Changes

 Upgrade JRE version on client PC to JRE 8u191 or JRE 8u201
