Symptoms
In Exalogic racks (both Virtual & Physical), issue of X5-2 & X6-2 Compute Node ILOM eth0 Management network link speed dropping to 100MB/S from 1000MB/s (1GB/s) is seen. This issue is seen after upgrading to January 2018 PSU 2.0.6.3.180116.
Issue mentioned in this Note is also seen on X5-2, X6-2 Compute Nodes running below PSU versions.

- 2.0.6.3.181016 (October 2018 PSU)

Issue of eth0 speed dropping to 100MB/S can be confirmed by running below ethtool command on eth0 network.
