OPSS - Patch 20148615 read me says apply patch for the OBIA 11.1.1.7 instance and and OES CLIENT. Do not have OESClIENT . What should do? (Doc ID 2506212.1)

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Java Platform Security


Applying this patch 20148615 for OBIA 11.1.1.7 instance and according to read me , as per the readme document  apply patch for the OBIA instance and OESCLIENT like below

3.2. Set the ORACLE_HOME environment variable to "[MW_HOME]/Oracle_oesclient" directory.

Applied patch for the OBIA 11.1.1.7.but do not have the OESCLIENT Directory ( installed ,configured only OBIA)

Do not have OESLCIENT Directory . What should do?What should do?
