Goal

The "-Dweblogic.nmservice.RotationEnabled=true" option is added to command line when WebLogic Server(WLS) starting by Node Manager.

Sample:

The "-Dweblogic.nmservice.RotationEnabled=true" option is NOT added from AdminConsole and start script. Why -Dweblogic.nmservice.RotationEnabled=true option is added to command line of WLS starting?
