Symptoms

On Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3) after running the idmConfigTool.sh or the OIGOAMIntegration.sh tools as part of the OIG (Oracle Identity Governance) integration, when attempting to access the Access Server Settings in the OAM Console Configuration screen, an error is returned:

 

Alternatively, redirects for authentication when accessing protected resources may fail.
