Goal

Currently using Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture 11.1.1.9 (installed on Windows). WebCenter Content is currently integrated with Oracle Access Manager 11.1.2.2.6 for single sign on.  If upgrading OAM, can OAM 12.2.1.3.0 be used?
