Symptoms

Custom application running in WebLogic is taking more than 1 minute to load the dashborad page.

There is an outbound Web Service call and the response of that gets displayed on the dashboard page.

Managed Server Logs with DebugHttp enabled shows:

Above ExecuteThread: '2' was found in 2 thread dumps collected 30 seconds apart
