ODSEE - 11g Command-line Mode Cannot Delete The Disabled cn=changelog Suffix (Doc ID 2509748.1)

Goal

1, Disabled the Retro Change Log
#dsconf set-server-prop -h <host> -p <port> retro-cl-enabled:off

2, Deleting 'cn=changelog' suffix using command-line failed.

#dsconf delete-suffix -h <host> -p <port> cn=changelog
"cn=changelog" is a system suffix.
System suffixes cannot be deleted, and their properties cannot be viewed or changed.
The "delete-suffix" operation failed on "<host>:<port>".
