On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, Fabric

Pre-built Virtual Machine for SOA Suite 12.1.3 does not allow to start db

Hello, I downloaded VM for SOA template. And when I tried to start SOA Domain, I received listener error:

ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

And the database is supposed to be started.
