Unable to Edit Customized System Pages like My Profile Page in WebCenter Portal After Upgrading From 11g to 12c (Doc ID 2513225.1)

Symptoms

Unable to edit customized system pages like My Profile page after upgrading from 11.1.1.9 to 12.2.1.3.

 

Facts

 

 


Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Connect to WebCenter Portal.

  2. Go to Administration -> System Pages.

  3. Click Customize in the Profile system page.
    Here the default Profile Page is displayed instead of the customized page.

    Click Close to exit the customization page.
     
  4. Click Customize in the User Profile system page.
    Here the default Profile Page is displayed instead of the customized page.

    Click Close to exit the customization page.

  5. View the own user profile page.
    You will see the user profile page shows the customizations.

  6. View other users's profile page.
    You will see the user profile page shows the customizations.

 

Changes

Customized system pages before 11.1.1.9 release. 

Then upgraded to 12.2.1.3.
