REP-0788 Message Appears At The Top Of The Parameter Form Using LOV (Doc ID 2513527.1)

Symptoms

 

When running a parameter form report from rwservlet using the paramform=yes where report is designed using a 'List of Values' with the below checkbox checked:

'Restrict List to Predetermined Values'

it errors with REP-0788.
