Siebel Integration Search Pagination Issue Due to Lost QueryText Parameter Value

Symptoms
On WebCenter Content (UCM) 12c, in the Siebel Managed Attachments Search page provided by the SiebelIntegrationSearchDisplay component, the following error occurs when a search is returning more than one page of results:

The QueryText parameter from the URL is lost when navigating from the first page to the second one.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Siebel Managed Attachments Search page perform a search and notice the result page has a similar URL:
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search Siebel Managed Attachments for more than 1 page. Page browsing is losing the QueryText parameter and the pagination is broken.
