WFR RTS Instances Stop Working And Error "FAILED, Brainware toolkit not installed" Occurs (Doc ID 2514578.1)

Symptoms

In an environment, the RTS Instance(s) stop and the following error is posted to the appropriate H_.log:

"Error Updating ADS Pool for class: Invoices, field: VendorASSA - FAILED, Brainware toolkit not installed., ErrorCode: 0x80004005 - wfrCheckForDuplicateInvoice: Unhandled Error -2147467259 - ORA-01756: quoted string not properly terminated".

 

Changes

 Most of the time, this occurs just after a new install.
