Restrict Coherence to TLS1.2 and eliminate security scan warnings for TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 on Coherence default port.

Need to remove the following security scan warnings on Coherence default ports.

TLS Server Supports TLS version 1.0
TLS Server Supports TLS version 1.1
TLS/SSL Birthday attacks on 64-bit block ciphers (SWEET32)
TLS/SSL Server is enabling the BEAST attack
TLS/SSL Server Is Using Commonly Used Prime Numbers
Diffie-Hellman group smaller than 2048 bits
TLS/SSL Server Supports 3DES Cipher Suite
