WebCenter Enterprise Capture Metadata Choice-list Dropdown Is Not Defaulting To The Top After Opening The Document For Indexing (Doc ID 2514946.1)

Symptoms

The WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) metadata choice-list dropdown scroll bar is not returning to the top of the listed values while indexing a document. When logged in to the Enterprise Capture Client, with a batch open, select a document and try to choose a metadata value from the choice list. The metadata list scroll bar will be all the way at the bottom. It should default to the top of the choice list.
