Is it possible to change the OWSM policy protecting the SCIM and REST APIs which are protected under the oracle/multi_token_over_ssl_rest_service_policy?

Note: Under this policy, one can protect the service in several ways (

HTTP Basic over SSL (username and password in the header)*.
SAML 2.0 token (SAML 2.0 assertion with token in the header).
HTTP OAM security (OAM agent has an user authenticated - JWT).
SPNEGO over HTTP (extracts kerberos token from header).
JWT Token (extracts username and examines the validity of the token)*.
