How to flush Managed Server Stdout Log in Time (Doc ID 2516870.1)

Oracle WebLogic Server - Version 12.2.1.2.0 and later
Linux x86-64

Goal

When admin server starts managed server using nodemanager, <SERVER_NAME>.out log is generated in <DOMAIN_HOME>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs.

After the managed server is started, admin console shows RUNNING as a status for managed server. However, <SERVER_NAME>.out does not contain following RUNNING message.

<BEA-000360> <The server started in RUNNING mode.>
