"ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" Error Received on "Create view/table" Task when using DBLINK LKM and Executing a Mapping which has been Upgraded from ODI 11g to 12c (Doc ID 2517224.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) has been upgraded from version 11.1.1.9 to 12.2.1.3.0 (or 12.2.1.3.181204).

When executing an upgraded Mapping that has two or more Datasources, and uses "LKM Oracle to Oracle (DBLINK)"...

... the connection details are interchanged on the Datasources, and the following "ORA-00942" error is received on the LKM "Create view/table" task:

ODI-1227: Task Create view/table on source-LKM Oracle to Oracle (DBLINK)- fails on the source connection <CONNECTION NAME>.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
