Symptoms

After Running the refreshGroupSpaceCache wlst Script All Portals Under Administration -> Portals Are Missing.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Connect to WebCenter Portal and go to Administration -> Portals.
    Note all portals are displayed.

  2. Run the refreshGroupSpaceCache command from wlst with cleanCache=1 parameter as follows:

    refreshGroupSpaceCache(appName='webcenter',spaceNames='<PORTAL_NAME>', syncMode=1,updateType='all', cleanCache=1)
     

  3. Get back to WebCenter Portal and go to Administration -> Portals.
    Note all portals are gone.
