Goal

By default, mod_osso protected applications are configured to be accessed via
the HTTP protocol.  This article provide steps to add access via the HTTPS protocol. 
After applying steps in this article, you should be able to access the mod_osso
protected resources using either the HTTP or HTTPS protocol.  This is for Oracle9i 
Application Server (9iAS) Release 2 (9.0.2)
