After upgrading Oracle RDBMS Database (DB) from 184.108.40.206 to 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168 or higher (12c), procedures that work in DB 22.214.171.124 or lower now fails with:
The error occurs when connecting from DB versions 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52 and 12C and array value larger than 8192.
In 184.108.40.206 or lower, defining array size larger, e.g., 8198 or 10000, works without problems.
Upgraded from 220.127.116.11 to higher or 12c.
