Symptoms

After upgrading Oracle RDBMS Database (DB) from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3, 11.2.0.4 or higher (12c), procedures that work in DB 11.2.0.2 or lower now fails with:

The error occurs when connecting from DB versions 11.2.0.3, 11.2.0.4 and 12C and array value larger than 8192.

In 11.2.0.2 or lower, defining array size larger, e.g., 8198 or 10000, works without problems.

Changes

Upgraded from 12.2.0.2 to higher or 12c.
