Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3.x) One Time Pin (OTP) and Oracle Mobile Authenticator (OMA Mobile) not Working only Getting Option to enter the OMA OTP, Email OTP options is not available

Both Email OTP and OMA App TOTP configured, but only getting option to enter the OMA OTP, Email OTP option is not available.
