On : 12.2.1.x.x version, Product Usage and Application Development
ADFC-02001: The ADF Controller cannot find '/WEB-INF/<TaskFlow_Name>.xml'
ERROR

Caused By: oracle.mds.core.MetadataNotFoundException: MDS-00013: no metadata found for metadata object "/WEB-INF/<TaskFlow_Name>.xml"
MDS-00201: PDocument not found in MetadataStore : [store-type=DefaultMetadataStore app-name=webcenter lookup-order=Classpath]
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Custom WebCenter Portal (Framework) application or Customizing Task Flows,
2) Deploy to multiple nodes on a Clustered environment and an "MetadataNotFoundException" MDS-00013 is seen
