Symptoms

While running Forms upgrade extension script (forms-upgrade-ext.sh/forms-upgrade-ext.bat) on the remote Forms nodes to extract Forms configuration residing on the remote nodes , the script completes without performing any action and no errors are reported.

./forms-upgrade-ext.sh help

valid options are:

collect <argument 1: location to store the artifacts>

apply <argument 1: location of the saved artifacts> <argument 2: domain dir>

clean <argument 1: location of the saved artifacts> <argument 2: domain dir>

Note:

- collect option should be run in the source environment on each one of the remote nodes.

- apply option should be run only once on the admin server machine.

- clean option should be run only once on the admin server machine after completing the upgrade.
