Symptoms

After upgrading BPM/OSB from 12.2.1.0 to 12.2.1.3, the following error whenever the end user is trying to access /bpm/workspace:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade the environment from 12.2.1.0 version to 12.2.1.3 version
2. Start the SOA server
3. Try to access BPM Workspace
4. The error occurs
