On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

Getting 403 error for any POST request in the newly installed OSB instance

We have installed new OSB instance as part of upgrade to 12.2.1.3. But we are getting 403 error for any POST request from an external client sent to the newly installed OSB instance.

Error while calling the proxy service through SoapUI:
