High Memory Utilization is Seen in OHS 12.2.1.3.0 After Applying Patch 28281599 in Solaris Environment (Doc ID 2521207.1)

Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)

Symptoms

In Oracle HTTP Server 12.2.1.3.0 version, after applying the CPU patch 28281599 the memory utilization goes up to more than 90%, and eventually OHS crashes.
The following error occurs are also seen in the ohs logs

The increase in memory utilization is seen using pmap and top commands. The memory utilization goes high after a few days of OHS startup time and eventually reaches 90% or more.
