High Memory Utilization Seen in Oracle HTTP Server 220.127.116.11.0

When using Oracle HTTP Server(OHS) 22.214.171.124, it is seen to be consuming a lot of memory increasing over time after applying the latest CPU patch. The memory utilization goes up to more than 90% and eventually OHS shutdowns.
The increase in memory utilization is seen using pmap and top commands. The memory utilization goes high after a few days of OHS startup time and eventually reaches 90% or more.
