Symptoms

After configuring JDBC-Based Store for WLDF and created the corresponding tables, however, found that no records are being inserted into WLS_EVENTS & WLS_HVST tables by WLDF.

In addition, the weblogic server log indicated that a column PARTITION_ID in table WLS_HVST is missing:
