Goal

A WebLogic Server instance is launched with "-Xms3712m -Xmx3712m" for the max heap size.
The JConsole output reports "Maximum heap size" reports 3597mb" while JMap command reports MaxHeapSize = 3892314112 (3712.0MB).
Why do JConsole and JMap report the max heap size differently?
