Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM 11.1.2.3.x) CreateWebgateTemplate Fails When Updating More Than one WebGate Parameter

Running the command createWebgateTemplate as below to update more than one webgate parameters fails

Running above command will update "maxSesionTime" for <webgate1> and <webgate2> with a value 20 (It should have updated this value to 40) and ignore the "maxConnections" parameter
