Content Items Are Stuck In GenWWW In WCM with No Error In IBR Log Files (Doc ID 2524074.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server

Content items are stuck in GenWWW in WebCenter Content (WCC).  There are No errors reported in the IBR logs files.

We delete all stuck content and try to check-in new content (which was converted and indexed fine earlier), but it gets stuck again in GenWWW only.
  

 

Changes

 A new custom component was installed.
