Symptoms


PeopleSoft Compus 11.1.1.5 Connector is linked with a Campus solutions database.  When trying to send an SCC_CONSTITUENT_SYNC message to the PeopleSoft Connector, following error is seen:

   

  
This error is happening on an incremental recon.

Send any user's SCC_CONSTITUENT_SYNC through and this error is seen.
