How to Embed a Mod_Plsql Page in an APEX Application (Doc ID 2527626.1)

Goal

Created an HTML form using the PL/SQL toolkit. It works properly when it runs outside of APEX. However, if the form is included in the body of a PL/SQL Dynamic Content Region in APEX the form submit button (generated by the PL/SQL took kit) does nothing. The page simply refreshes. When viewing the source within the Apex page, there are two sets of HTML FORM tags. The first generated by Apex, the second the mod_plsql application.



Is there a method to display my form  APEX?
