Explanation on Changes to SSLEngine Parameter Value in admin.conf from 11g Release to 12c (Doc ID 2528331.1)

Goal

In 11g, the value of SSLEngine is set to ON in admin.conf file of the Oracle HTTP Server. But in 12c release, this value is set to OFF by default.

This document talks about the reason why SSLEngine is set to OFF in 12c OHS's admin.conf whereas in 11g, it was set to on.
