Can DB Tuning Parameters Be Modified through Repository Creation Utility (RCU) (Doc ID 2529157.1)

Goal

When trying to generate SQL scripts using the RCU in silent mode, which options can be modified?   For example, is it possible to modify these parameters:

 1) Change Auto Extend to off.
 2) Change the size of the data file
 3) Change the default data file directory location
