Symptoms

After applying latest Bundle Patches for WCP, WCC, OPSS and WLS, the following errors are displayed in the WebCenter Content and WebCenter Portal managed server log files:

Checking the files mentioned in the error show the files are there on the server but have not been updated in some time.
