Symptoms
Receiving an error when attempting to apply <Patch 29257258> (patch 6) to an Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.3.0 Linux system that already has <Patch 28927957> (patch 5). The opatch output appears as:
/u02/oracle/Middleware12c/OPatch> ./opatch apply /u02/oracle/patch/p29257258_122130_Generic.zip
