Symptoms
Observed conflicts between the below CPU patches:
The following patches have conflicts: [ 26937035 29650702 ]
My Oracle Support download page says that <Patch 26937035> is now superseded by <Patch 29650702>, but CPU patches are supposed to be cumulative and not conflict.
Changes
It has been verified that OPatch 13.9.4.2 is installed, as this was a reason for past conflicts like this.
