Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.3.0 version,
After upgrade from Weblogic 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.3 , All the connections factories in all the JMS Modules were changed from Sub Deployment targeting to Default targeting.

This happens after an upgrade to WLS 12.2.1.3 .
