Failed To Start BSU Command Due To NPE Exception (Doc ID 2535471.1)

Symptoms

It is failed to run BSU command to apply weblogic patch.   BSU script still return "null" result when executing BSU command.

bsu> ./bsu.sh -view -status=applied -prod_dir=[FMW Home]/wlserver_10.3
null

bsu> ./bsu.sh -install -patch_download_dir=[FMW Home]/utils/bsu/cache_dir -patchlist=7HKN -verbose -prod_dir=[FMW Home]/wlserver_10.3
null
