Accessing WebLogic Admin Console Fails with "Page not found" Error (Doc ID 2536043.1)

Symptoms

When trying to access WebLogic Administration Console using http://<ADMINHOST>:<ADMINPORT>/console , it fails with "Page not found" error.

Using wget command from server box to access console shows success.

[host12345]/refresh/home> wget http://<ADMINHOST>:<ADMINPORT>/console

Resolving <ADMINHOST>... <IP ADDRESS>
